Terms of Service

office.dzimark.com is the internal office management application of Dzimark. It is provided for Dzimark staff to carry out their work, and for members of the public to submit course or job applications. It is not a public service and is not offered for sale.

Staff accounts are created by Dzimark administrators. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell an administrator at once if you think someone else has access to it. Accounts may be suspended or removed when someone leaves or misuses the application.

• Use the application only for Dzimark business and only within your role.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reach records, files or conversations you are not entitled to see.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the application.

Submitting a course or job application does not create any obligation on Dzimark to offer a place, an interview or employment. Please give accurate information; we may verify what you tell us, and an offer may be withdrawn if it proves false.

Records, documents and files you put into the application remain the property of whoever owns them. Dzimark stores and processes them to run its business. Shared files may be held in Google Drive under a Dzimark account; Google’s own terms apply to that storage.

We aim to keep the application running, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems outside our control. It is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent the law allows, Dzimark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept the updated terms.
